Well folks, it’s been a full year since The Crossover Alliance took on the role of publisher. It’s been a full year and a fun year, and we’re only just getting started. We couldn’t have gotten this far without you folks supporting us, whether by buying our books, writing up reviews, or just telling your friends about us.

When we started The Crossover Alliance a few years back, the intention was to create a gathering place for like-minded individuals - both readers and writers - who wanted Christian fiction that didn’t follow the ‘rules’ of Christian fiction. It’s now July of 2016, and we’re a publishing company specializing in this amazing type of fiction. We’d like to think we’ve put a dent in the publishing marketplace by giving authors a place to submit their ‘crossover’ fiction, but I know we still have a long way to go before Christian authors come completely out of their hiding places and realize that not all publishers want to force their circular fiction into a square hole.

That being said, the next year promises to bring about even more excitement to our corner of the publishing world. We have some awesome projects and developments planned, including a switchover to an independent printer and distributor, the ability to accept short story submissions, and a slew of novels and novellas planned for 2017.

And let’s not forget about the rest of this year. We still have three more projects planned before the end of the year. In less than two weeks, Mark Carver’s Nikolai the Penitent will release. In September, D.A. Williams will be publishing her gripping dystopic piece, December’s Child. And this winter, we’ll be publishing our third annual short story anthology - which reminds me to remind you to submit your piece for it here:

Next week we’ll be running interviews with our team members to give you a glimpse of what the Crossover means to them and what they think the future of Christian publishing looks like.

Again, we want to thank you for all of your support and encouragement. As a gift to all of our fans - past and present - this coming Wednesday, July 20th, we will be offering the digital editions (Kindle, Nook, etc.) of every single book in our library free for download from our website. Yes, you read that right. Every book we have published thus far will be available as a free download from our website, all day this coming Wednesday. Tell your friends. Tell your family. Tell your enemies. Tell your cat. Tell anyone who will listen to what you have to say.

We look forward to what the next year will have in store for The Crossover Alliance, and we are excited to have you by our side through it all.
